Descriptions on this website are summaries and not an offer. The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement between you and ACEPEX.

3. No guarantee of results

Outcomes from marketing, lead generation, social media and automation depend on factors such as market conditions, budget, platform rules and your own operations. We do not guarantee specific results. Examples and figures on this website are illustrative.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, timely access and feedback, and to have the rights and consents needed for any content, data or contact lists you ask us to use, including consent to message people on WhatsApp or email. You must follow the rules of the platforms involved.

5. Fees and payment

Fees and payment terms are as agreed in writing. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting and domains are separate unless the agreement says otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to ACEPEX. Ownership of project deliverables is set out in the agreement for that project.

7. Third-party platforms

Our work may depend on platforms such as Meta, Google and WhatsApp. Their terms apply, and decisions they make, such as suspending an account or rejecting an ad, are outside our control.

8. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share about your business as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services.

9. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to copy its content for commercial use without permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ACEPEX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project as set out in the agreement. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as confidentiality, intellectual property and liability, continue after termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
